Meet Sharon Borgeson

About

Sharon Borgeson is an experienced operations professional with a talent for building the systems, processes, and organizational structure that help healthcare organizations grow and perform at a high level. Throughout her career, she has focused on improving efficiency, creating accountability, and developing scalable solutions that support long-term success.

Prior to joining Auris Practice Solutions, Sharon served as Senior Manager of Systems and Strategic Operations for Virsono Hearing Center, a subsidiary of Earlens Corporation. In that role, she led cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, patient care coordination, insurance operations, administrative functions, and multi-state expansion efforts. She played a key role in developing standardized processes, operational governance programs, and reporting systems that supported organizational growth and consistency across multiple locations.

Sharon has a strong interest in leadership development and helping team members grow professionally. She designed and launched Virsono’s Emerging Leaders Program, a six-month development initiative created to cultivate current and future leaders through structured learning, mentorship, and practical leadership experience. Her commitment to developing others has become a defining part of her professional career.

Throughout her career, Sharon has been recognized for building effective teams, improving operations, and helping organizations achieve sustainable growth. Her contributions have earned her several honors, including the Excellence in Leadership Award, the Exceptional Women Award for Best Mentor, and the Trailblazer Impact Award.

At Auris Practice Solutions, Sharon supports operational excellence across the organization, helping develop the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed to support continued growth. Her experience in process improvement, organizational development, and strategic operations helps strengthen the foundation that supports both the Auris team and the healthcare organizations it serves.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with family, attending live music events, exploring local communities, and traveling. She is also the founder of Tyler’s Littlest Explorers, a community initiative inspired by her niece that advocates for accessible, age-appropriate recreational spaces for toddlers and young children. Her personal goal is to visit every U.S. National Park, combining her love of exploration, discovery, and lifelong learning.
