Jessica Costello believes better hearing is about much more than hearing sounds—it is about staying connected to the people and moments that matter most.

As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, Jessica brings a patient-first approach to hearing care. She works closely with each individual to understand their hearing needs, communication challenges, lifestyle, and personal goals, helping them find hearing solutions designed to make a meaningful difference in everyday life.

What Jessica loves most about her work is seeing patients reconnect with the people they love. Her philosophy is simple: approach every person with genuine care and compassion, recognizing that each patient comes through the door with experiences and challenges that may extend well beyond their hearing. She strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, listened to, and supported throughout their hearing journey.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky and is nationally board certified in hearing instrument sciences. She is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky and is a member of the International Hearing Society.

Originally from Batavia, Illinois, Jessica enjoys spending time at the lake, going for walks, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jared, and their Goldendoodle, Goose.
