Throughout his career, Michael has remained committed to making technology reliable, secure, and accessible for the organizations and individuals he serves.

As an Information Technology Specialist with Auris Practice Solutions, Michael supports the technology infrastructure behind the MaestroFusion™ platform and the company’s internal operations. Working closely with the IT and implementation teams, he assists with the deployment and configuration of MaestroFusion™ systems, prepares equipment for partner practices, provides technical support to remote clinicians and clinic staff, and helps ensure every implementation is technically ready for a successful launch. His attention to detail and commitment to responsive support contributes to a reliable experience for both providers and patients.

In addition to his role with Auris, Michael is the founder of Desktop & Network Solutions, where he provides IT consulting and support for home users and small businesses throughout the Treasure Valley, Idaho area. His philosophy is simple: technology should reduce stress, improve productivity, and empower people to focus on what matters most. Whether securing networks, optimizing performance, or helping clients navigate new technologies, Michael is known for his practical expertise, responsive service, and commitment to helping clients succeed.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and playing bass guitar.
