Clinical Audiologist | Dedicated to Diagnostic Excellence & Patient Care

Meet Kayla Desrosiers, Au.D., CCC-A

Kayla Desrosiers believes that great audiology begins with understanding—listening closely to each patient’s story and delivering care grounded in empathy and excellence. Her experience spans medical, veteran, and private ENT settings, where she has provided comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, tinnitus management, hearing aid fitting, and aural rehabilitation.

Dr. Desrosiers earned her Doctor of Audiology from Auburn University and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University. Before joining Auris she served as an audiologist at St. Francis Ear, Nose, and Throat in Georgia, at the Central Alabama Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and as a Field Training Audiologist with GN ReSound. These diverse experiences shaped her ability to balance clinical expertise with flexibility and communication—skills that are essential in hybrid ENT environments.

Known for her calm professionalism and patient-focused mindset, Kayla builds confidence and trust through every encounter. She has a special interest in tinnitus treatment and veteran hearing care, where she combines evidence-based practice with genuine empathy to help patients reconnect with the world around them.

Raised in a military family, Kayla grew up across the U.S. and Europe—an experience that shaped her adaptability and cultural sensitivity. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring literature and historic architecture, and traveling with her husband, son, and their two dogs, Balou and Juno, as they work toward their goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.
