Debbie Page brings over 16 years of experience in hearing care to her role as ENT Engagement & Project Specialist at Auris Practice Solutions. She is the first point of contact for practices seeking innovative audiology solutions. With a passion for connecting practices to resources that truly make a difference, Debbie introduces providers to MaestroAuD and MaestroAuD Plus — groundbreaking programs designed to combat the national audiologist shortage and improve patient care delivery.

Debbie’s role is the heartbeat of ENT and Audiology onboarding: coordinating communication between practice staff, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring all steps are in place for seamless implementation, and maintaining accurate reports and resource flow. Her strengths in organizing provider schedules, navigating diverse tech platforms, and executing high-impact events make her an invaluable partner to both clients and team members.

What excites Debbie most is knowing that her work directly contributes to better patient outcomes. By helping ENT and Private Audiology practices streamline care and expand capacity, she’s empowering more patients to receive timely, quality audiology services. Her background includes certifications from the American Red Cross (CNA, HHA, CPR), advanced training in inbound/outbound communications, and experience using platforms like Sycle, CounselEar, Pulse, Prism, Calendly, Keap, Slack, Vonage, Microsoft Teams, and Ring Central. She’s also organized community events, health fairs, and training workshops, all with the same passion she brings to her everyday work.

Outside of work, Debbie treasures time with family and friends — whether camping, sharing meals, or carrying on beloved traditions like hand-picking Christmas trees with her grandkids and hosting festive sleepovers. She’s known for cooking up love in the kitchen and being adored by her 90-pound lap dog, Rocky.
