With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Emily Jo Finley brings warmth, professionalism, and deep clinical expertise to every patient interaction. She holds a Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Audiology from Central Missouri State University, and is currently licensed in 26 states—a testament to her expansive reach and dedication to accessible care.

Emily’s passion lies in helping people reconnect with life through the gift of hearing. Whether guiding a patient through their first hearing aid fitting or delivering complex diagnostic evaluations, she is driven by the joy of seeing someone hear a loved one’s laughter or the melody of a long-forgotten song.

Her clinical approach is relaxed yet professional, creating a comfortable environment that fosters trust and accurate assessment. Emily is deeply committed to ensuring her patients feel heard—both emotionally and physically—so they can fully reengage with the world around them.

Originally from Chillicothe, Missouri, Emily enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three boys. A former high school and college show choir singer, she still brings harmony into every aspect of her life and work.
