Meet Cara Fiske

Cara brings more than six years of specialized experience in tele-audiology and hearing healthcare strategy, with a career focused on expanding access to high-quality care through innovative, patient-centered delivery models. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of the connection between untreated hearing loss, cognitive health, and overall quality of life—an insight shaped by firsthand experience caring for family members affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease alongside untreated hearing loss.

Prior to joining Auris Practice Solutions, Cara played a key role in pioneering hear.com’s tele-audiology program. As a Senior Executive Hearing Care Sales Specialist, she helped scale the program from an early delivery-model experiment in 2019 into the company’s primary business model. Through this work, she built trusted relationships with nearly 500 audiologists nationwide and developed strong expertise in collaborating with physicians and clinical teams to support sustainable, outcome-driven care models.

Cara continued this mission at YES Hearing, where she served as an Audiology Sales and Business Development Specialist. In this role, she supported tele-audiology services integrated with coordinated in-home care for patients unable to travel to a clinic, further reinforcing her commitment to flexible, accessible hearing healthcare solutions.

At Auris Practice Solutions, Cara applies her background in tele-audiology, clinician engagement, and healthcare collaboration to support ENT practices and audiology teams as they adopt hybrid care models that expand diagnostic capacity while maintaining clinical excellence and patient trust.

Based in New England, Cara is married and co-owns a small business with her husband, where community engagement and service are central to their mission. She volunteers with local organizations supporting individuals in recovery and community safety. Outside of work, Cara enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, and she stays closely connected with her two adult children and grandchildren.
