Meet Emily Jo Finley, Au.D., CCC-A, CDP

Emily Finley approaches audiology with both heart and expertise—combining more than two decades of experience with a genuine dedication to helping patients reconnect with sound and life.

Dr. Finley earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida, her Master of Science in Audiology from Central Missouri State University, and her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from the same institution, graduating with highest honors. Her broad experience spans pediatric diagnostics, educational audiology, cochlear implant management, and hearing aid fitting and verification. She has also served in leadership and training roles, including as a Technical Support Audiologist at Phonak and Community Manager at Yes Hearing, where she developed onboarding and training programs for hundreds of hearing care providers nationwide.

Known for her calm and approachable style, Emily creates an environment where patients feel at ease while receiving the highest level of diagnostic precision and personalized device care. She is deeply committed to helping patients reconnect with the world through better hearing—whether through advanced diagnostics or expertly fitted hearing technology.

Dr. Finley is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), bringing additional sensitivity to the needs of patients with cognitive or memory challenges. This certification deepens her ability to adapt communication and care strategies, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, understood, and respected.

Originally from Chillicothe, Missouri, Emily enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three boys. A former show-choir singer, she continues to bring harmony and heart to her clinical work—and to life outside the clinic.
